Do Not Be Anxious

Anxiety is relentless. It loops, it lies, it magnifies every “what if.” But Scripture gives us a counter-move: prayer.

Not just any prayer—but honest, specific, heart-pouring prayer. Bring every fear, every need, every stress to God.

And in return? Peace. The kind that doesn’t always make sense but always holds you steady.

You weren’t made to carry it all. But you were made to come to the One who can.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation… present your requests to God.”

Philippians 4:6 (NIV)

Pray

Lord, I lay my anxieties at Your feet. Replace my worry with Your peace today.
